At Vint and Mod, we take great care to ensure every gift box is thoughtfully packaged and delivered in perfect condition. Because of the unique and curated nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your gift arrives damaged or in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at vintandmod1@gmail.com. We will gladly work with you to make it right.  Our items are double packaged to ensure that your items are protected from shipping damage.
